Is it easy to migrate Plex from PC to NAS?

I currently have a plex server that I've had for a couple of years, I have about 1.5k movies and about 100 TV shows, some anime and music too.

Every movie and TV show has custom posters and TV episodes have custom title cards that I REALLY don't want to restart as I had to manually do a lot of them, most are uploaded via URL, not local asset.

In total, with some other media, I have 30tb. This is all running from my main pc that I use for work and gaming, so I'm going to buy a UGREEN 6800 Pro nas next month and set it up on there.

How easy or hard is this? Can I just move my drives over and then copy my server data?

I asked Chatgpt and it said its not that easy as the nas wants to initialse and format the drives? So it suggested I move all the data to another drive that the nas has already setup.

I am planning on getting an extra 30tb drive luckily enough but don't really want the hassle over copying it all over.

Account blocked for spam despite no matches or messaging

I literally made an account 2days ago, I verified myself via my ID, uploaded pictures of just my face and a picture of my dog, I've used the app once to get my daily likes, I haven't messaged anyone, I've not matched with anyone, I have a normal bio just saying my interests like movies and games and it says blocked for spam???

The only reason I can possibly think of is I run a VPN and my email is a Proton email.

How can I be banned for spam without even having the chance to message or match with anyone? This is the dumbest thing I've seen.
