Hey guys! And gals and all!

We had a med that usually isn’t covered by insurance unless a PA is done and sometimes they approve it. This med got run under the insurance and is now in a rejected statues…

We (me and pharmacist) tried to look into it since patient was okay paying cash/discount card. It says it’s in QT but…it’s not. We looked into our PR request and nothing In there as well. We looked everywhere and still can’t find it. Editing won’t work since it’s in “QT”

The action note on it says “TP Rejection - Prior Authorization” when we go to her profile and V1 the med

Does anyone know how we can get it out?

Med is a Schedule IV too…..
