Swapped out the desk and the sofa, what else can I do to make the room more lively, cozy and more personalized. (You can look at the other pic on my profile to see how it looked before and with harsher lighting)

I am going to swap the table and the couch and i would like to know what else I could do to make my room look a lot better and more personal, ideally keeping the bookshelf in the same place but im open to suggestions
