Hi so installer finished commissioning a new Pv and battery system last week. It's a sigenergy 10kwh battery with 5kw inverter.

We already had a myenergi zappi charger installed directly from the consumer unit. The CT for this was installed behind the consumer unit.

The installer has moved the CT for this alongside the CT for the Sig system on the cable between the meter and a Henley block in the meter box.

The issue I'm having is whenever the car charges the battery discharges at the same time.

I would like to be able to charge my car without discharging the battery.

Is this possible in the current config or will rework be needed?

I can't believe I'm having to troubleshoot this myself, the installer is less than knowledgeable on what to do - how do I proceed with them on this?

Hi all, new Sig system went live yesterday with a 14 solar panels.

Everything seemed to be working fine earlier today with generation high and grid export working.

Then at around 1pm the generation value started matching the consumption value, and continued to do that for the rest of the day. See attached screenshots. I put the kettle on and power to house stayed same as generation value.

If it was a CT install issue I'd have expected this to have happened from the start.

Appreciate any help!

Install ongoing and have been up on main roof today, have some concerns around the gap between the top and bottom rows of panels. Any advice on what should be expected before I reach out to installer? Also how difficult is it for them to adjust this on the rails. Thanks
