[B&A] 4 Months of consistent Red Light Therapy! My redness is gone and I finally have that "glass skin" glow
Hey skincare fam! I had to share this because I’m honestly shocked looking back at these photos.
My Skin Struggles (Left Pic): > My skin barrier was so compromised. I had constant redness around my nose and cheeks, my texture was super dull, and my forehead lines were really starting to bother me. I was spending a fortune on serums, but nothing was fixing the underlying inflammation.
The Turning Point: > I finally decided to invest in an LED mask. Thanks to reading so many deep-dives in this sub, I knew specs mattered way more than a fancy brand name. I needed proper 630nm (Red) and 830nm (NIR) wavelengths with a high irradiance (around 30mW/cm²) to actually stimulate collagen.
What I Used: > I couldn't justify dropping $400-$500 on the big viral brands, so I bought the Novéa Paris silicone mask instead. It has the exact same clinical specs, but what really sold me was the high LED density—there are literally no dead zones, so my whole face gets even treatment.
My Routine: > 15 minutes a day, 4-5 times a week on perfectly clean, dry skin. Afterward, I just follow up with a simple hydrating serum and moisturizer.
The Results (Right Pic): > The overall inflammation is completely gone. My skin tone is so even, the texture is incredibly smooth, and my face constantly has that hydrated, plump glow now. Even my fine lines look softer.
If you're on the fence about RLT, DO IT. But remember: consistency is everything! You can't use it once a week and expect miracles. Let me know if you guys have any questions about my routine!
