Hi all. In a previous post, I mentioned my interest in the Myth of Babel and my love for a game called Chants of Sennaar. I posted some vignettes from Babel in that post, but here are some more! I'm a conlanger on r/casualconlang and I'm starting to come up with an idea for a worldbuilding project with these images as a source of inspiration. Enjoy!

Just thought I would share this. I translated some of my desktop icons into my conlang. I find it immersive and a good way to practice reading and associating words visually. Do any of you do this as well?

• Vöðeifi - (lit.) Steam -- From vöð (water) + æfi (air)
• Google Fjörpur - Google Chome (chromatic, colorful)
• Krafert Sálegur Kode - lit. "Studio Visual Code" or Visual Studio Code
• Desktop Legangira - Desktop Games (sg. Legangi)
• Ubísoft Bindr - Ubisoft Connect
• Mækriðeng - Recycling Bin lit. "Garbage Bucket" -- from mækr (garbage) + ýðeng (bucket)
