sick after eating olive oil

I ate gf pasta with olive oil. I was hungry, didn't have many things at home, and was like "whatever, I do it once, it won't kill me'. Well..... Im now feeling sick like having a cold, my upper back is sore, I woke up a bit sweating.... wtf. Not eating oil again. Anyone else had that kind of reaction? It doesn't feel like digestive upset, which is weird.

Oil-free, frozen Brussels sprouts dish

Im trying to figure out how to prep frozen Brussels Sprouts, that will taste good with a nice non-soggy texture. Oil-free because of specific diet (health reasons).

I can make a spice mix with garlic powder, chilli powder, or others, maybe coconut aminos (can't eat soy products either).

If I want to roast it, should I thaw first or not? I have a combi-steamer, so I can choose if I want to steam, use dry-heat, or roast but with some humidity (using usually for potatoes, to create soft inside and crunch outside).

You tips appreciated:)

Anyone experienced transformative health benefits from higher daily juice intake? Please share:) I had a period when I did 3 x 32oz juice for 2 months, and I remember I felt more energy. Cosnidering another round of that soon. My "normal" juicing includes drinking around 1-2 32oz .

Im usually organizing my pantry goods into jars, so easier to navigate. But then Im loosing original bags with expiry date. I can mark with a sticker - but is it really important? If yes, for what? Loose teas / nuts / different flours / grains / legumes.

I like to sometimes buy 1kg bags, because it ends up cheaper, but I don't use all things in my usual weekly rotation.

Ideally looking for answers from people who had the experience of using those, had their fingers accidentally slide on the blade - and survived to share their experience.

Looking into these options : Level 5, NoCry or DEXFIT level A9 .

Are you truly feeling comfortable, fear-free while wearing it?

Obviously the A9 is the strongest protection, but maybe too uncomfortable and an overkill?

Do you keep wearing it when washing the mandoline?
