I recently got my labs, done and decided to check my vitamin D levels. Recommend to always get those checked. It showed that it was 75 ng/mL. Very happy with these results. Taking vitamin D supplements daily does help! I did it for about a year.

The took vitamin D3 supplements. Mostly took UpNourish Liposomal D3 K2 MK-7. (You can buy it off of Amazon). The serving size on the packages is one softgel, but I took one with breakfast and one with dinner. So a total of 10,000 IU daily.

Also tried New Elements Vitamin D3 K2 10,000 IU with Magnesium Glycinate 500mg for a time (Also found on Amazon), but it had a lot less softgels.

Now, for maintenance, I take Carlyle Vitamin D3 10000 IU (Also Amazon), one softgel a day with breakfast.
