Hi everyone, I really need some advice because I’m very stressed and confused.

I had sex on March 31st and we used condoms and changed them everytime about 4 to 6 condoms, and I also took Plan B (emergency contraception) afterwards.

After that, I got what seemed like a normal heavy period from April 10–15 (lasted about 5 days, heavy flow).

Now I’m worried because I’ve been having symptoms and ongoing spotting since April 26th and still continuing up to May 4th

Sometimes it’s just a bit of blood on my panty

Other times it’s only when I wipe, like stretchy blood like discharge on toilet paper

Bloating and my stomach feels/looks bigger than usual

Upset stomach and gas

Mild back pain

I’ve been really anxious because I keep reading things online and it’s making me overthink everything.

The problem is I can’t take a pregnancy test right now because I live in a strict household and have no privacy or way to do it safely.

I just want to understand, Is it still possible to be pregnant after a heavy period like that?

Could Plan B be causing long lasting spotting like this?

Has anyone experienced similar prolonged light bleeding / “stretchy” discharge after emergency contraception?

Any advice or reassurance would really help. I’m quite stressed and trying to understand what’s happening with my body.

Hi everyone, I’m kinda stressing and need some clarity.

I had sex on March 31 (we used condoms and I also took Plan B), and then I got my period on April 10. It was a normal/heavy period and lasted about 5 days.

Now it’s April 25, and I’m noticing just a little bit of light bleeding/spotting again. It’s not heavy like my period, just small amounts.

I’m worried if this could somehow mean I’m pregnant, or if this is normal (like ovulation spotting or hormones or something).

Has anyone experienced this? Am I overthinking or should I be concerned?

Thank you 🥺
