Gina on Homestays

She is fucking unbelievable.

His pad looked much cleaner than my husband's when we met. Mind you, he had an actual mushroom growing in the bathroom's mouldy patch, but I digress. Love conquers all.

She didn't like his decor either. Or the pink travel pillow.

All because he tried to express his feelings on the couch at the commitment ceremony!! Where she said the word "attacked" ad nauseam without a hint of self-awareness 😡

His mates should have thrown her overboard on the boat!!

Rant over, but she's SUCH a spoiled, toxic cow.

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to Vyvanse, and would be keen to hear from others.

I started 20mg 2.5 weeld ago, and recently increased to 30mg about 7 days ago. I've been told to take med breaks every weekend initially.

20mg was great, no real issues. For some reason, I find 30mg quite a bit. My main worry is palpitations at night, amd sometimes during the day. My job is VERY stressful, I'm the hyperfocused type, so this could be exacerbating the situation.

I'm keen to stay on it, as the benefits are great (more energy, less overthinking)

Before Vyv, I was fasting most of the day on a low carb, high protein diet.

In addition, I'm on full HRT, which has a slight stimulant effect, so I've reduced my daily dose. Also decaf coffee occasionally.

I've had to adjust eating habits, and am experimenting with the following routine:

Breakfast: I NEVER ate breakfast, I hate doing it, so I am having a Ptotein Babybel cheese, 200ml of high protein-soya milk, multi-source collagen in water and 1 tbsp of coconut oil.

Lunch: boiled egg with Omega 3,6,9 supplements. I may also add 20g fibre supplement, oconut water, berries and Greek yogurt to a home-made protein shake.

Dinner: protein/veg/salad.

Before bed: LTheanine seemed to make things worse, it can lower your BP, so I am trialling magnesium glycinate.

During the week, I rarely snack - if I do, it's peanuts.

I drink plenty of water.

Anything else you'd recommend to stop the palpitations?

Thanks
