Is this water damage?
Skirting near balcony sliding door. Apartment is less than 3 years old. Or is this regular wear and tear from shifting/temp changes?
Just wondering if I live with it or escalate through builders warranty.
Cheers.

Made a post earlier about keeping my R and I’ve decided I don’t need a family SUV and deciding to full send it. I have a 20Y MK8 which comes with the Akro exhaust.
I have been waiting until the TCU was unlocked to tune it and now it sounds like it’s just around the corner I want to start shopping around to get ready.
I want to know what the gold standard in hardware upgrades are to make sure the tunes are as reliable as possible but while also still being road legal (this means I need to remain catted).
Are there any little extras that are normally not required but improve reliability/durability?
Is the stock auto exhaust actually any good?
Cheers
I managed to get a 20th Anniversary R (one of 50 in my whole country), full PPFd it. Love it.
But now I’m 38 and my partner has fallen pregnant. There’s some specials going on the Touareg and the adult in me is telling me it’s time to grow up and get a family car.
For so long the R was my endgame car. I’m really torn at the moment. What would you do in my position?
Solution would be to get an X3 M50 but they’re too expensive here.
Was in a depression hole, this has definitely helped me become a functional adult again.
Looking at getting a Touareg before they’re discontinued as they’re undercutting the X5 significantly with similar tech.
However I’m wondering if there’s much negotiating room with them?
Has anyone purchased a new VW recently and gotten below sticker? Which car and how much? Cheers
I’ve been on the fence about this case for a while, for those using this is on 17 Pro/Max how long have you had it, are you happy with it still? Cheers
