Still Learning - How is my Build?

I'm still figuring out most of the finer points of this game but I'm having a really good time playing. I just wanted some pointers for my build as a CQC dash and blast type mech.

(I just unlocked Chapter 3 to tell you what items I have unlocked)

Is Cold War zombies more stable on Steam or on Battle.net?

I absolutely love love love Cold War Zombies, however I have a problem, I mostly played on the large open map Playlist (I don't remember what it was called cuz it's been a while). My problem with that is that it would frequently crash when playing and it frustrated me to the point that I just stopped playing. But I see cold War on 67% sale on Steam and I was hoping it might be more stable there than on battle.net

After making a post before (I don't know how to link) I was given a BUNCH of tips and tricks and even looked up a bunch of tips on my own and after a good long while I managed to figure out this giant factory for my Motors!
