CRK Insingo blade deformation.

I recently got my first CRK, a small Sabenza 31 with an Insingo blade, and noticed what seemed to be an error in sharpening from the factory. I went about using it as normal and thought it would get fixed when I sharpened it, but it got worse. I used my KME fixed angle, which I have used dozens of times without issue.

I did some closer inspection on the blade and can feel a prominent raised portion of metal right where the deformation in the edge is. In your experience is this something that will be handled by warranty even though I have already sharpened it?

Sabenza factory edge issue?

I recently got a small Sabenza Insingo, and noticed that the lock side of the blade had an oddity towards the tip of the blade. I went about using it as usual, and thought when I sharpened it that it would come out. But it seems to have gotten worse. The show side looks perfect to me, but I want to know if this is me that messed it up or if it was messed up from the beginning. If so, do you think CRK will fix it even though I sharpened it myself?
