Air Canada baggage delay

So my wife is a new immigrant coming to Canada and her checked baggage is delayed by 2 days. She landed on Sunday and the person said bag will be delivered on Monday.

She doesn’t have clothes, shoes etc. I am seeing that I can buy stuff that is reasonable and claim it.

  1. I bought the ticket for her so would that be an issue

  2. Also if I buy things for her on my card then will that be an issue?

  3. How can I claim the expenses?

I’m unable to create a missing baggage file as it says, “Unable to locate delayed baggage file with provided information.”

Rust spots

My 2019 RAV4 has these rust spots from all the chips. My car is in great shape and I don’t want to lose it over these small rust spots.

I don’t think it’s too late to treat it but can anyone guide what needs to be done here? Also if it can be budget friendly option?
