Looking for feedback!

Hey everyone, I work for an AI revenue growth platform called Revenaut.ai. I spend my days listening to our competitors' AI receptionists, and honestly, I genuinely believe ours is one of the most human-sounding and capable ones out there. But I am obviously biased, so I’d love to get some brutal, unfiltered feedback from this community. If you have a free minute, could you give our AI a quick call and throw a few questions at it? Let me know how it handles the conversation and leave a rating from 1-10 in the comments below. Don't hold back, I want to know where it excels and where it fails!

Give us a call at 425-671-6632!

Thanks in advance for the help!

Are fully automated SEO and GEO platforms the future? Is manual execution officially a thing of the past?

I’ve been looking heavily into the tech space recently, specifically tools that use AI to fully automate SEO and local GEO. It seems like we are reaching a point where AI can handle the ongoing audits, content generation, and local profile updates completely on autopilot. Do you guys think this automated technology is the definitive future of digital marketing? More importantly, would you consider building and running these systems manually to be a thing of the past, or will there always be a need for a human to manually pull the levers? I’d love to hear from people who are actually in the trenches doing this work.

Who to Target?

Curious if there are any reps in here selling AI receptionists/voice agents. If so, what industries are you having the easiest time closing? Also, how are you approaching the sale, and what is your go to pain point that you try to solve for them during the pitch? Just looking to see what angles are working best for everyone right now.

Will AI ever fully replace receptionists or will it be a very useful tool?

I work for a company that creates AI receptionists. My job is to sell businesses on the idea that this product is the future, which I genuinely believe it is. However, I'm curious about your thoughts: do you guys think AI will ever fully replace human receptionists? I believe this is an extremely useful tool, but an AI receptionist obviously can't get up and complete physical tasks around the office. There are some things that people will always have to do in person. Do you guys think AI can eliminate enough of the digital/phone workload to justify reducing the number of receptionists a company needs, or easily pass the remaining physical tasks off to someone else in the office? I’d love to hear how you see this tech impacting the role longterm.

SEO/GEO Automation?

I have been trying SEO/GEO from revenaut.ai. GEO also called AEO by some is similar to regular SEO. Been only three months, they refreshed my website as well, but so far satisfied with results. What system do you guys use?

Most business owners I talk to use 5 different tools (and pay expensive agencies) just to get found online. We wanted to consolidate all of that into one system, so we built the Revenaut Marketing Suite.

Instead of just being an AI receptionist, the system now actually generates your leads through: 1. AI Website Builder: Automatically builds a fast, lead optimized website. 2.AI SEO**:** Runs continuous audits and content creation to push you up the Google rankings. 3. GEO AI: Automatically manages your Google Business Profile so you dominate local "near me" searches.

You turn it on, and it does the repetitive marketing tasks in the background 24/7.

If you've ever tried to do your own local SEO, you know how tedious it is. What’s the biggest bottleneck you guys run into when trying to rank locally?

Hey r/sales,

I was burning way too much time taking inbound calls just to realize 10 minutes in that the prospect had zero budget or wasn't a fit. So, I built Revenaut to act as an automated SDR for inbound calls.

Here is what it does so I don't have to:

  • Live Qualification: It actually talks to the caller naturally and asks your specific qualifying questions (budget, timeline, intent) before they ever reach your desk.
  • Zero Manual Data Entry: It takes live notes during the conversation and instantly pushes the summary and lead score directly into HubSpot/your CRM.
  • Books the Meeting: If the AI determines they are a qualified, high-intent lead, it can schedule them directly on your calendar right on the call.

It basically ensures that if I'm getting on the phone with someone, they are already vetted and ready to talk business.

For those of you handling inbound volume, what are the 2 or 3 specific questions you’d want an AI to ask a prospect before it lets them through to you?

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a quick operational tip regarding missed calls, especially if you spend money on Google Ads or Yelp.

I run an AI receptionist company (Revenaut), and one of the biggest "silent killers" of revenue we see in local businesses is the voicemail drop off. If you are spending money to make your phone ring, but you or your team are too busy to answer it by the 3rd ring, you are essentially burning your marketing budget. Modern consumers have zero patience! They will just call your competitor.

If you are struggling with this, you basically have three options to fix it without hiring a full-time desk person:

  1. Turn on "Missed Call Text Back" in your phone system (sends an automated text so they don't call someone else).
  2. Use a 24/7 Answering Service (a little pricey, but ensures a human takes a message).
  3. Set up a Receptionist (plugs into your current number and actually books the estimate on your calendar while you work).

Whatever you do, don't rely on standard voicemail anymore! Protect your leads.
