What do you do in a relationship
I feel a bit pathetic knowing I’m almost 18 and I still don’t really know how to have or what to do in a relationship. I dated a few girls in middle school, but that doesn’t really count. I’m not actively searching for a relationship right now, but I wonder what I’d do when the time comes and whether I’d be able to handle it. Most of my past “relationships” were just fooling around, cuddling, and making out. Looking back, that feels very adolescent and empty. I also feel a bit like a bum because I don’t have a job yet and pretty much all I do is art, journaling, chores, school, and hanging out with friends. I know there’s no universal guide to this, but I’m curious how other people think a good relationship should be and what makes a good partner.
