Started at 470 mid January, 411 today
Started my weight loss journey mid January. As of today, I’ve lost 59 pounds.
I’m doing a calorie deficit, and I eat healthy. I’m eating lean ground beef, lean pork, lean chicken, as well as eating mushrooms, and broccoli, which I like now, and never thought I would.
Using avocado oil, smart balance butter, low sodium seasoning, drinking a ton of water.
If I don drink an energy drink, it’s sugar free.
My blood pressure has gone down, and I have so much more energy.
I also do one cheat day a week. My cravings are nowhere near what they were, and I feel more full now. Let’s go!!!!!
