I got a set of bone conduction earphones after my coworker showed me his and its been an absolute game changer i hate having earbuds in my ears but i absolutely cannot listen to anything on speaker with outer people in the general vicinity and i cant have both my ears covered due to past trauma

But bone conduction solves all three problems i literally ware them all day i have two pairs so i can always have one charged i highly recommended them if you have similar issues
