MF Midrange Good-stuff

MF Midrange Good-stuff

Miss Fortune is actually an interesting leader when you try to look at her utility outside of aurora, and how in the mid-game, giving a big unit ganking can be devastating tempo wise for opponents, especially combined with things like Lucien and Ride the Wind.

The only real weird main-deck choice is Spirit Wheel but I think it more than makes up for it's 2 energy investment considering it can draw a card off of 20 of our cards, keeping your hand size healthy if the games drag late.

The sideboard is mostly just extra copies of answers, Akshan for gear decks, and a make it rain for aggro matchups. The battlefields are rather generically useful battlefields in Seat of Power and Zaun Warrens for card draw and filtering, and then Back Alley Bar benefits our ganking units a bit so it's worth it in my mind.

Rengar Dragon Ramp

Was inspired by a ramp deck I saw online that didn't run aurora and instead relied on a more midrange strategy where you still play some early game, but look to land a Herald of Scales/Catalyst/Here to Help to reduce the cost of Elder Dragon and allow us to cast it early, and flicker it with our sig spell to take control of the game. Kadregan helps refill our hand once the game start to get rolling while direwing and scorcher can both come down for some pressure before we play elder.

Battlefields you mostly just want to get to enough runes asap to cast 1-2 elders so both aspirants climb and papertree do that for us, while sunken temple is to keep our hand flowing one we land a few dragons.

This is what I would play (if I owned that damn Kaisa IRL) come set 3 if I were to make a more aggro leaning Kaisa list, which from what I can tell performs pretty well, with the only odd cards being the Detonate + Sprite Fountain as well as Frigid Jewel, which I see as our cleaves since we can consistently draw +1 on our turn and sometimes +2 on opponents.

Battlefield wise void gate and targons help us remove units and seat of power is our draw engine when we can tempo two battlefields early and mid game.

Sideboard is just a bit more removal for what matchup you might need as well as 2 Ferrous for the control matchup. Let me know what you think.
