I have a Dell Pro 14 Plus bought last year and it seems like the battery lost a big capacity for just almost a year. This is still under warranty until July 2028. It just usually last 3-4 hours of just browsing tabs. Is this even normal?

I already formatted my Dell Pro 14 Plus (PB14250), downloaded latest updates as well as latest drivers. Done some troubleshooting but whenever I setup my fingerprint, NOTHING HAPPENS. It just stay on that page.

Note: The sensor is clean as well as my finger. I did what's instructed.
