So i am 15dpo iui and am having left sided abdominal pain with dark red to brown discharge like spotting that began last night. It's my first iui attempt and on 13dpo i tested positive and then again on day 14. I did blood test yesterday and am awaiting the results. Anyone have success like this and no ectopic. Im so nervous of this. Had a miscarriage in late Jan after not even knowing we were expecting for more than a week.

Let em start off by saying in jan 2026 i weighed 180. I was taking zepbound and found out i was pregnant. We had a miscarriage at 6wks. Fast forward to now because we have been trying to get pregnant and taking the hormones and iui treatments ive come up to 198(this am) i have worked so hard to lose weight for it all to be coming back. I am not okay.
