so yeah i was right it was rejection, today she told me she has a girlfriend and ever since finding out i having been able to stop crying 🥰😂 LOL!!!! if anyone knows any remedies to broken heart syndrome lmk because why do i have to be in pain emotionally and physically like ok god hates me??

i dont know what i should do, shes an amazing friend but it physically hurts to talk to her and know that she doesnt even remotely feel the same i was just someone she flirted with WOW 🤩

any tips on moving on and how to stop crying every 5 seconds 🤷🤔

So I don't know if I'm just stupid or something but I recently confessed to my crush and her response confused me I can't tell if she's rejecting me and the more I reread it I'm pretty sure she is.

A little context, me and this girl have been friends for 4 years and I just recently realized that I really like her like.. a lot. We both playfully flirt with each other and call each other pet names and send each other tiktoks most couples would. So I decided to start flirting more seriously, but she wasn't getting the hint and I'm pretty direct typically so I told her my flirting wasn't a joke and that I had feelings for her and I asked if me flirting made her uncomfortable since she likely doesnt feel the same and she replied the next morning,

"AGH SORRY I FELL ASLEEP but i genuinely wasn’t 100% sure bc when we met we both were kinda like that even when u liked someone else im sorry if u felt like i was leading u on or something that wasn’t my intention i kinda assumed u liked someone else !!🙁 i do have feelings for someone else but this doesn’t change anything w us i love you SO SO much"

...and then she reiterated that she loves me... again...I don't know ...if I was rejecting someone I wouldn't put so much emphasis on my love for them even if it's true platonically. whatever thats besides the point

I get she said she has feelings for someone else and I'm probably blinded by hope for her to return my feelings but I'm just lost so if this is rejection someone wake me up cuz I need to move on if so.

I should add since I told her nothing has changed between us so that's why I'm so confused. This includes the flirting !! Help 😭😭😭😭😭
