There's been a lot of scuttlebutt on X regarding MS Edge's "intended behavior" (per MS) for the browser storing encrypted passwords as clear text.
If this is "intended behavior", then it's an "intended security risk" for MS consumers and corporations relying on MS Edge as their official browser.
At the end of the day, it exposes the "intended behavior" of Microsoft leadership being ignorant, inept and incompetent, as well as failing to deliver Trust to the corporate leadership of Microsoft commercial business partners.
