Asymmetry Lab aktuálně provádí plošný bezpečnostní audit evropského trhu s doplňky stravy. Výsledek u značky Vilgain? Totální ignorance stereochemické čistoty. Jejich QA oddělení jede naslepo. Spoléhají na standardní achirální certifikáty, které neodhalí kontaminaci syntetickými racemáty (D-izomery) v jejich L-aminokyselinách. Na naše výzvy k dodání metrologických dat nereagují. Vzhledem k závažnosti problému to aktuálně řešíme s právníky na evropské úrovni (příprava podnětu pro SZPI). Abychom měli kauzu absolutně neprůstřelnou pro dozorové orgány, byly právě objednány nezávislé testy na všechny jejich aminokyseliny přes polarimetrii na stroji Anton Paar MCP 150. Jakmile budou data, půjde ven kompletní report na Substack. Vzorky byly odeslány.

Also we are from USA. You can use NootropicsDepot instead cause they are tested with Anton Paar MCP 150 and many other machines. And well we are building whole lab in EU but for now we just use EUROFINS so it will all be posted on substack when the results are available.

Well, im literally neuropharmacologist and im having problems withdrawing paroxetine even with liquid titration.. this is literally hell of a drug.. literally even benzo withdrawal is easier than this, it completely killed my D2 transmission.

Just wanted to drop some appreciation for how ND actually handles their stereoisomer verification (Polarimetry / Enzymatic synthesis). I’m a clinical neuropharmacology researcher over in Europe, and I got sick of feeling brain fog from generic L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine over here. I started running audits on massive EU brands (Vilgain, Prozis, Myprotein) asking for their Chiral HPLC or optical rotation data to prove they aren't selling synthetic 50/50 racemates (D-isomers blocking LAT1 transporters). Literally none of them can produce the data(yet). Standard HPLC is chemically blind to molecular geometry, so their COAs are worthless. ND was the only brand I audited that instantly returned Anton Paar MCP 150 Polarimetry data proving zero D-isomer contamination. I started keeping a public Watchlist of all the European brands failing the audit over at Asymmetry Lab, but just wanted to say thanks to this community for actually caring about this. Don't take your ND supply for granted, the generic market is completely compromised right now.
