Hi all, me and my partner applied for a Fiance visa, he is my sponsor and he s holding pre settled status. When he applied for pre settled first time he applied with his passport and then he was refused because he made a mistake, then he applied with his national ID (we are from Romania) and was approved. Now his pre settled status is with his ID, he tried to change the document for his status but it says that the passport is already in their system. The problem is that a couple days ago when he tried to enter through the e-gates it didn't worked, then he realised that also his national ID is expired. Anyway, the border officer let him in, but my concern is, it will that be a problem for my visa?
