Looking for advice, help, and/or encouragement. I have four kids 7F 5M 3F and 7 months. The big three are in school (elementary school, and two in preschool), and baby in daycare.

The volume of information that comes home is overwhelming, and each teacher uses a different system to communicate - paper newsletters, and digital newsletters on three different apps.

My spouse is also in a very demanding career and is extremely hands-on and we divide the physical labor of the household very evenly - he possibly even does more. However, the mental load is crushing me and I can't seem to get a grasp on staying on top of all the things that need to get done. I forgot to send in a book and a stuffie for my 3 year old for a special classroom thing last week. I also am self-employed and run a demanding client-facing business, so my days are mentally demanding and busy.

What are your hacks? How do you manage it all? I am looking for actual step-by-step instructions, not just mental frameworks. I am overwhelmed, things are getting dropped, and my kids get sad when things get missed.
