I've read a few posts on here about people getting injured with Runna plans because of their difficulty but I've also read about others who have loved it. I really enjoy the functionality of the app and would love to use it to train for the Chicago Marathon. I'm wondering if anyone here has any guidance on setting up a plan to avoid injuries? Like what did you set the "Training Volume" and "Difficulty" to? Any guidance/tips is appreciated!

Ran the Toronto Half Marathon yesterday in 1:56:55 (Beating my previous PR for the 5km, 10km, and half marathon 🥹 so happy), beat the Strava prediction (2:08:03) by 11 minutes! So satisfying ahaha anyone else?
The crowds were so amazing yesterday, huge congrats to everyone that ran and a huge thank you to everyone that came to cheer us on! ❤️
