I currently have 3 contracted shifts, one of which I hate working because It's the day my line manager isn't in and I am the only worker that knows the routines of our department, so I've basically been involuntarily bestowed the team leader position (even though i don't get level 4 pay !), i was considering asking to drop the shift but since i'm the only one capable in my department that is available that day what are the chances of them saying no ?
