I am on a schedule 8 medication to manage my pain. I have recently opened a new box and I’m missing one out of 4 sheets of medication. Both seals were intact and I think the seals are tamper proof. I’m unsure what to do as this will leave me short a week of medication and it’s obviously not the pharmacies mistake as it must have happened at the manufacturer. I am aware that this story sounds dodgy but I promise it’s the truth. Any advice on next steps would be great as I’m quietly panicking.
