Help with account recovery.
So, I have an instagram account which I had temporarily deactivated in January 2025 and since then I have not tried to log in to that account even once. Now, I am trying to log in to the same account after 1 year 4 months, but Instagram is not letting me do it. Firstly, it is showing wrong password- so when I click on Forgot Password, it is asking me to type my username following with only two options:
a. Either to receive an OTP on the phone number of which I do not have the access to anymore.
b. Try logging in password
Even though I do not have the access to my phone number, I tried selecting it, it is then showing the authentication page to verify I'm a human and when I am typing the correct alphabets and numbers its showing there's something wrong.
Can you please help me with the issue? Does anybody know the instagram support email/phone number? So that I can explain my situation via email or call.
