Is it possible to change universities? And in what circumstances?
Lets say im in university A, and I failed my admision written test, horribly, but A university has only 1 test per year not 2, so there is only 1 chance left and I dont want to bet everything on just 1 chance. At that moment I find university B that has 2 test per year and is only an interview and I want to give a try. What are the procedures to try on that university B
same as before but now about the tutor, tutor A is a good one, not complainings, and then I found tutor B that has interest on my project and is giving me a chance to join a more adjusted lab to my investigation. What are the procedures to talk with tutor A about the posibility of joining tutor B
Change of fields. This one is tricky but Im curious, on my plan A my focus was about analyzing data of a certain group of functions, numbers, so it is a science based project. The thing is that tutor B gave me an idea and a project but now I have to deal with the quantification of human behaviours, data, and university B is one that only gives humanities field of study. So I would have to change the focus on my project into the humanities field, while still being science related. Is that even allowed by MEXT?
