[FIXED, PENDING 24HRS]

Started this project a couple weeks back on a Glinet Flint 3 that worked great with outside access to the JellyFin server, but awful with our WiFi. Constant dropouts and flickering no matter if I used MLO, band steering, cut off the 6Ghz completely, etc... So I swapped to the Ubiquiti ecosystem and got a UCG Ultra and a U6+. FANTASTIC experience at first. Took some tinkering to get the wifi speeds where I wanted them, but I'm happy with it now. The issue I'm running into is this:

I'm looking to host my wife's bakery website, some small tools (IT Tools/OmniTools), and share my JellyFin server with my parents for when they're watching our sons and need access to educational television.

Every day now, I'm having to reset the gateway because the port that my reverse proxy (Nginx Proxy Manager) is on gets frozen and doesn't allow local or forwarded traffic through. I've got all IPs associated with the server itself, the reverse proxy, and my JellyFin server all set to fixed, even disabled IDS and IPS turned off, and have set the port forwarding to the above screenshot, but I'm still having to reset it every 24hrs or so. I am well within my return window for the Ubiquiti UCG Ultra (along with the AP6+ and the Flex Mini switches), but would love to keep them.

If anyone has any idea why I lose access daily and have to reset the gateway to regain access, please let me know! I'm super new to this and it could be something really stupid, I hope. If I'm using the wrong tool for the job, please also let me know what I should be using instead.

Our home is small (less than 2000sqft), only 4 people (me, wife, our 2 sons), and our Internet is a 1Gbps symmetrical fiber connection with a fixed IP from ISP.

Any help is appreciated!

Took a quick look at the FAQ and couldn't find any hardware recommendations, which is understandable since hardware changes pretty often.

Background: I'm looking to host my wife's bakery website, some small tools (IT Tools/OmniTools), and share my JellyFin server with my parents for when they're watching our sons and need access to educational television.

I've currently got a Ubiquiti UCG Ultra and at first I really liked the interface and how easy it was to get port forwarding up and running, but every day I'm having to reset the gateway because the port that my reverse proxy (Nginx Proxy Manager) is on gets frozen and doesn't allow local or forwarded traffic through. I've got all IPs associated with the server itself, the reverse proxy, and my JellyFin server all set to fixed, even disabled IDS and IPS turned off, and have set the port forwarding port set to 443, the WAN rule for the forwarding set to ONLY the WAN that is active and not the "both" option, but I'm still having to reset it every 24hrs or so. I am well within my return window for the Ubiquiti UCG Ultra (along with the AP6+ and the Flex Mini switches).

If anyone has any idea why I lose access daily and have to reset the gateway to regain access, please let me know!
