Where can I find colorful suits / shaded dress shirt for a wedding with a slight fantasy theme

I'm attending a wedding where the dress code is "colorful, with accessories hinting at fantasy themes". Ideally I would like to go for a colorful suit with colors that hints at a "modern DND wizard" feeling (here are some visual / color inspirations).
I'm not necessarily looking for a very sophisticated suit (like some of my inspirations are), but do you know where I could find regular clothes (especially dress shirts or similar) with this kind of colors? Typically blue / teal and shaded rather than monochrome. Bonus: do you know artisans / artists / shops where they could add some golden stary patterns to a shirt I bring them?
I'm ready to consider options up to 1'000.- for a full suit, multiple hundreds of CHF for the dress shirt alone if it captures the feeling I'm looking for well.
Any ideas?
