So I have to take estrogen vaginally once per day. Previously I’d get the typical blue discharge, but now it’s green? Any experience from others where this might actually be an infection now of some sort?

I’ve been going to PT as well, so there’s that.

But I’m looking for more safe lower leg exercises to continue while I have this bulging disc in my lower back. I have access to DBs and cable. I was able to do single RDL with no pain, but any other recommendations out there?

Usually I have at least 4 different ones, but now I have none. I only have refreshers and qualification tasks.

Anyone else particularly dry at the moment? I’ve never had zero paying tasks.
