

Update: They found my Pikachu.
They opened a duplicate order in error and somehow ended up with a Gengar/Mimikyu from Tag Bolt in that order. Not sure how that happened but glad to hear my card has been located.

I made a post yesterday about my submission being placed on hold, I’ve never had this issue so I asked if anyone had experienced this and should I contact them? Well, after being absolutely shit on by this community I was told by their customer service rep over the phone that no, I do not contact them, they will contact me via email, and they did.
Unfortunately they sent me the attached image, this is not my card. I’ve never owned this card. I see now a third recent submission was opened under my account… 2 SIR pikachu’s, both 1 per order(I only sent 1) and my other 20 card bulk submission.
One of the SIR Pika’s is showing on hold, the other received… I’m hoping this is just a simple mixup. I am not awaiting another response.
Is anyone else missing the attached card by chance? Might want to reach out to PSA, they’re trying to give it to me.
