Hi everyone! Are these bumps/vesicles on my vein scabies or maybe post-scabies dyshidrosis? Here's my story. I got scabies last autumn but I got diagnosed only at the end of January/beginning of February this year when I infected my new partner. I did permetherin but after the treatments it reinfestated. Went to the doctor to get diagnosed and I got ivermectin this time. I took them and on the second time I also did permetherin again and then a week later put on another permetherin treatment just in case. Few weeks later I got these small dots/vesicles on my wrist and palm where the doctor had found scabies. They itch a bit, more during the evening and night and in a warm environment (hot shower, gloves). They last from days to a couple of weeks. I've only seen them on my left hand (especially wrist) where the doctor found scabies. I went to the doctor three times in around three or four weeks but they didn't find any scabies. I was losing my mind at that point so doctor ordered ivermectin one more time just to be sure and that I could get some peace of mind. I took the tablets and the vesicles went away. I took the last tablets 16th of April and after about two weeks, the vesicles are back on my wrist and finger, this time there was one on the sole of my feet as well. I haven't seen any burrows or red spots, I feel like my skin is actually healing from permetherin treatments. I went to the doctor again last week but they didn't find anything and I got referred to a dermatologist since they believe it has to be something else this time. I'm just feeling really paranoid at this point that somehow it survived and I have to do everything again. The mental toll is real, I've been feeling so low and I'm tearing up every time I'm talking about this (right now as I'm writing this too). I have no idea when the dermatologist is going to see me so I thought in the meanwhile to ask if anyone would like to help identify what these bumps are. Sending everyone lots of love and strength!
