I’m driving from Washington DC to Tybee Island (GA). I decided to split my drive up into two days. My halfway point is in North Carolina, and I was wondering if there’s something that is a can’t miss in that area. My current plan is to stop in Raleigh but maybe there’s something I have to see that people can recommend.
I’ll probably arrive mid morning and then I’ll leave the following morning so I have most of the day, the afternoon and evening. TYIA!
