So, I decided I wanted to try out being blonde for a bit. I went with Encounteru because its the brand of affordable synth wigs that im familiar with. I tried a different style (Body Wave) rather than the straight style I'm used too.

First off, out the package, dare I say the waves were TOO bouncy. I needed to run a hot comb through it to kind of tame the bounce and give it more of a wavey look. Need to run it through the hot comb every day while its on because it keeps bouncing back.

Luckily for me, the sides came all the way down to my sideburns, so I was able to secure the wig with lace tape on each end. For added security I used lace melting spray just to lay it down further.

Theres plenty of headspace with an added adjustable strap (that i personally remove or else the wig is too tight).

Overall, its a comfy wig! This is day 3 of wearing it (consecutively) and it hasnt bothered me once.

Honestly, you get what you pay for, but I dunno I really liked the white money piece going on!

Pros:

It was cheap ($40)

It came all the way around to my sideburns so I was able to have the hair behind my ears

Its synthetic is soft and easy to upkeep and maintain (with silicone spray)

The lace melted well

Cons:

It was cheap

It does tangle because its synthetic (but silicone spray really helps with that!)

Alot of flyaways in the face (wax stick helps with that

Cap fits alittle snug

Its not the BEST I own, but its doable for like a weekend for photos and putting an outfit together.
