Why Do I Keep Getting Anal Fissures Even Without Constipation?

Hi,

I've been struggling with anal fissures, but thankfully I managed to improve the situation quite a lot.

What helped me the most was eating smaller meals more frequently — usually every 2 hours — and choosing lighter foods.

For example, salads are much easier on my digestion than heavy junk food like pizza or spaghetti with pesto and guanciale (bacon).

The main issue I still struggle with is the skin around my anus being extremely sensitive and delicate. Even a small episode of diarrhea can cause burning and irritation, and it seems to make fissures easier to develop, even if I haven't passed a large stool.

So my question is: is there anything I can eat or do to make the skin there stronger and less likely to tear? I assume genetics may play a role, but maybe there are certain vitamins, supplements, creams, or other treatments that could help strengthen or protect the area?
