I see Bilt palladium gives you primary rental car coverage for countries you are not a resident of. I am US military stationed in Europe , if I rent with my Bilt card the country I am stationed in would I still receive primary coverage or am I now considered a “resident”?

This may be a game changer of something that is a charge card if you want to put larger purchases on the card at 0% apr
