Help with aunty

Hello, I’m very close to my Aunty and love her dearly, closest family member I have since my mum passed away 7 years ago.

She has certain habits and traits that I thought were OCD.

We recently watched a programme (UK) which aired on channel 5(?)that showed people with extreme/severely debilitating OCD issues. After watching this show my Aunty was happy she didn’t have OCD and mocked us for suggesting she has some form of it. I appreciate she doesn’t suffer like the people shown on that show.

I’d be grateful if i could get some guidance to help, maybe us questioning her are in the wrong and she is right. I’ll add in some things that aren‘t OCD too which I’ll put first. I feel bad for doing this but I need to know what people think it is.

Never says please

Doesn‘t use question marks

Obsessed with washing clothes, monitors the colour of the water in the washing machine to see how dirty/dusty it is

won‘t use anything cleaned in her work dishwasher

will only use one function on the washing machine (full load)

doesn’t like sitting on public benches etc, jeans are washed after one wear

cannot eat in other peoples houses (only 3 family members in her lifetime)

the bath needs to be sprayed with bleach and dettol after each use

uses half a can of air freshener per day, a bottle of spray bleach in a few days(smoker)

biscuit tins and other nik naks need to be facing the “right way”

needs to wash/bleach walls every month

bread has to be thrown out on its best before date in case of mould

won’t buy fruit/veg from certain large chain supermarkets as it’s dirty

has to plan anything social/non work activities, nothing can be spontaneous. very reluctant to attend something organised by others.

along with these things I can think of off the top of my head is an extremely rigid cleaning schedule.
