Hello, I have 26 year old Xfinity/COMCAST outside demarc box on my outside wall that is old and too small for the 9 - way PPC ACTIVE RETURN EV01-9-U/U splitter. It will barely close with all of the cables in it. Can I get it replaced free? Thank you
