35F with PCOS and on Mounjaro. So this is all the hair that i have with a big middle part. Started shedding in 2020 due to hard water and PCOS. Tried everything under the sun from hair oils to biotin to masks, serums, shower filter. Last effort is to start Kerastase anti fall serum and Fable&Mane hair oil.

Please advise on how to reduce hair fall, dryness in the hair and general overall dullness!
