Found this penny and wondering if this is in fact a grease strike, and if so, would it be valuable even though it isn’t in the best condition?

Looking specifically at the 9 in 1969. The T is trust is partially missing.

I feel like maybe it could just be wear from rubbing or maybe even someone trying to make it appear like a grease strike.
