Diaper check please

Does this look like blood to you? The streaks are more brown than red. She had no occult blood 3 weeks ago. Started Alimentum RTF 2 weeks ago. I really don’t want to change formulas

My newborn was having seemingly seedy poops but the watery part was significant and because it was soaking the diaper, doctors couldn’t see the wateriness and weren’t suspecting any allergy or intolerance. However, the frequency of these poops was uncountable. She always had a poopy diaper. She wasn’t gaining weight, not even enough to reach her birth weight. But she wasn’t dehydrated or sickly either. Doctors mishandled our case and fortified her Similac 360 formula causing more diarrhea.
When she turned 3 weeks old, I decided to switch off fortification but kept her on Similac 360. We saw weight creep up very slowly but stools were still bad. It was one step forward and two back with the weight.
At 4 weeks (first picture) noticed sudden increase in stringiness in her poop and severe acne and persistent poor weight gain. I decided to start Alimentum RTF. Saw sudden weight gain, clearing skin, poops are frequent but not as bad as before and more pasty instead of loose but they have some mucus in it (second picture)
Do you think that improvement of symptoms means that she has CMPA? She never had blood in her poop before, not even microscopic. But recent (second picture) diaper or two is showing this amber colored mucusy strings? Is that blood? Could it be possible for her to have blood now after being on Alimentum for a week and a half? Would it be something residual?

Baby doesn’t have any classical signs for CMPA. The signs she does have are super ambiguous. She has slow weight gain, watery stringy stools that are excessive and facial rash/acne that is bordering on severe. The stools and rash can be normal for newborns or could be CMPA. The super frequent stools are affecting her weight gain. She hasn’t reached birth weight at 4 weeks.

There were a lot of changes done to her formula in the first 3 weeks of her life. She was on similac 360 at hospital, then when we came home I changed her to similac organic which started the frequent poops but doctors still considered it normal (which I don’t think it was). Then when she didn’t gain weight at 2 weeks, doctor fortified formula and made it more concentrated for extra calories. This led to super frequent explosive poops and spit ups and more weight loss. I decided to bring her back to similac 360 RTF (unfortified) that was given at the hospital and in the past week she is slowly gaining but not at the pace that the doctors like. Her poops consolidate and she gains weight. Then they go back to loose and frequent and weight stabilises for 3 to 4 days then she gains a little again. Making a slow trend.

Now I’m thinking if I should discuss with doctor to give a gentler formula to curb the frequency of stools. Has anyone gone through the same thing as me? We have messed with her gut so much and her body is trying to recover and I’m thinking what I can do to help her. I am starting to mistrust the doctors because they keep ignoring the history and poop situation.
