Just moved into new house haven’t turned on pc for 3 months and now when I set it up it’s only got the Ethernet option and can’t seem to find WiFi

It definetely had before but now it’s gone

Ive updated windows

Reset computer

I’m lost on what to do now

Shouldn’t be any damage to it

Someone please help me

It’s currently connected through Ethernet but I’m using a 20m cable and need it gone
