I’ve been dealing with some mental health stuff, but I’m slowly getting back on track now. During exams and all that I kind of neglected selfcare, and now I’ve noticed a buildup on my neck.
It’s not pigmentation, more like streaks of “मैल” 😭 (dead skin/sweat buildup). Sometimes it comes off after a shower when I dry with a towel, but most of it is pretty stubborn now.
I’ve tried using a korean scrubbing glove thing, but mostly it just makes the area red and irritated without really removing it. It’s also starting to spread towards my collarbone and is harder to remove there.I’m a teenager, so I’m looking for something simple and low maintenance (not complicated routines with acids/oils).
I know this might sound a bit gross lol, but I’m genuinely trying to get back into taking care of myself and feel better now. Any gentle routine or tips to manage this?
