Once I decided to dress up after a long month of staying at home, and wore a halter-neck top with shorts.
Undoubtedly, i was looking good.
Husband and I had planned an evening walk.
We stay in USA of all places where men will go running on roads, at times even without a T-shirt.
But i see my husband becoming uncomfortable with the idea of me going out like that.
He says we should walk within the gated society.
I insist.
Half way out of the gated community he says he is going back. Because he was possibly worried about his friends looking at me or something?
I tell him i will continue my walk and he leaves midway to go back.
Found it very rude, and insecure. Like women literally dress up hot all the more, if their partner is with them, with the added assumption of safety.
I proceeded for my walk, took beautiful photos and came back.
But it made me wonder if this man will always give up and leave me when he feels embarrassed about pointless things.
