I always wondered the story behind the Square with Four Circles off the green, and same for the huge, new mural at Chapel & East Sts near Fair Haven. I saw a tiny sign on the latter, and found out the same people did both, plus the CitySeed headquarters, and also covered the Westville skate park in street art. And a bunch more. They're called Site Projects.
They also shot lasers off East Rock Park and filled the Peabody with huge balloon animals. I wish I had been there to see that. Thought you New Haven nerds might like to know!
