Out of nowhere, today, my gateway router has a solid white light and says it’s online but nothing connects to it. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting, called and spent hours on the phone with rogers, factory resets, no other devices connected, unplug, plug back in etc. it started working again for a few hours this afternoon and then off again. While it was out today, I was using my rogers wireless phone as a hot spot but right now, my cell phone data plan is suddenly only getting 2mbps and is disconnecting. Is this happening to anyone else? So far I’m stuck waiting until Wednesday for a technician to look at my internet.
Edit to add that I am in the GTA.
